FUTEK, Honeywell & Interface Replacement Review

Request a drawing-led torque sensor alternative. Compare bolt circle, center bore, stiffness, cross-load limits and electrical interfaces before approval.

Approve mechanical fit and measurement behavior separately.

We offer an independent alternative review for FUTEK TFF / TAT / QTA, Honeywell QW / QWF, Interface TS / axial-torsion and HBM / Burster reference equipment. References are a starting point; they are not a declaration of an approved interchange.

1 / Original configuration

Send exact manufacturer model, capacity suffix, drawing revision and calibration report. Verify whether the original sensor is static or rotary.

2 / Interface comparison

Compare OD, BCD, thread, pilot, bore, height, stiffness, axial/bending limits, connector and cable exit.

3 / Electrical acceptance

Confirm excitation, mV/V, polarity, bridge resistance, pinout, shield, amplifier scaling, bandwidth and CW/CCW uncertainty.

Price, delivery and compatibility are quotation-specific. No competitor price, lead-time or saving percentage is guaranteed.

REQUEST QUOTE / CAD

Start with your load and mounting envelope.

Send the installation constraints. We will review the sensor configuration, drawing, calibration scope and commercial quotation.

Prefer email? inquiry@reactiontorque.com

Please send non-confidential specifications first. CAD is supplied for the agreed configuration after engineering review.
