We receive the name, work email, company and engineering details you submit. We use them to evaluate the request and respond. Please do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential drawings through the initial form.
Processing and your requests
Inquiries are transmitted by email to our engineering mailbox. Hosting and mail providers process information to operate these services, potentially across borders. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; retention depends on the active inquiry and applicable recordkeeping requirements. We do not sell inquiry data.
