Pre-Calibrated Torque Sensor Kits

Pair a static torque sensor with a USB amplifier, digital torque meter or industrial interface. Review scaling, sampling and system calibration.

Bench logging

mV/V → USB

Confirm excitation, bridge resistance, range scaling, sampling and operating system.

Tool verification

Digital torque meter

Request Nm, N·cm, in-lb and ft-lb, peak hold and CW/CCW indication. Confirm peak capture and filtering.

Machine integration

Industrial conditioning

Select analog 0–10 V / 4–20 mA, RS485, CANopen or EtherCAT by module; confirm cycle time and protocol profile.

Calibrate the sensor, cable and amplifier together.

Specify five points in both CW and CCW, zero return, supplied cable length, amplifier scaling and required uncertainty. Ask for the calibration chain and report scope before requesting NIST traceability. Fz/Mz kits need two synchronized measurement channels and cross-axis checks.

Budget additions: amplifier +$165; readout +$210; eligible Fz/Mz upgrade +$450. Final price and scope are confirmed in the written quote.

REQUEST QUOTE / CAD

Start with your load and mounting envelope.

Send the installation constraints. We will review the sensor configuration, drawing, calibration scope and commercial quotation.
