REQUEST QUOTE / CAD

Start with your load and mounting envelope.

Send the installation constraints. We will review the sensor configuration, drawing, calibration scope and commercial quotation.

Calibration & kit options

Budget add-on increments from the project brief, subject to configuration and written quotation. Calibration traceability and uncertainty must be confirmed for the ordered range.

CALIBRATION / DOCUMENT PACKAGE

Define what the certificate and matched signal chain must prove.

Five points in CW and CCW

Request the range, points, ascending/descending sequence, zero return, temperature and uncertainty. State whether the sensor alone or the supplied cable/amplifier/readout is calibrated.

Traceability and laboratory scope

Ask for the documented chain, applicable calibration method and laboratory scope. NIST traceability is not a blanket product certificate; accredited calibration requires evidence for the ordered service.

Supply release package

Agree the drawing revision, connector/pinout, material, overload/cross-load limits, calibration report and any applicable RoHS/CE documentation. Delivery and included accessories belong in the formal quotation.

Some reference products make direction or unit configuration an ordering decision: the TFF400 sheet lists CW as standard and CW/CCW as an option; this Norbar static model describes the same direction distinction. The Interface MRT page includes an SI special-request notice. Confirm the exact SKU and current quote rather than generalizing across a brand.
